Excluding sales periods, all orders placed on the www.chaussuremephisto.fr website before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and dispatched the same day, subject to payment validation.

All our parcels are encoded and provided with a tracking number, enabling you to follow the progress of your order at any time. The tracking number can be provided on request.
Except in special cases or when one or more items are unavailable, the products ordered will be delivered at once to the customer's delivery address indicated when the order was placed.
www.chaussuremephisto.fr undertakes to deliver items ordered and paid for by the customer within the following timescales:
Delivery by COLISSIMO : 48 to 72 hours from dispatch*, Monday to Saturday

If the said items have not been delivered within 7 days of the delivery date specified in the order, and if this delay is not due to force majeure, the customer may cancel the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: MCS BORDEAUX - SERVICE INTERNET- 19 RUE VOLTAIRE, 33000 BORDEAUX, France.
Any sums paid by the customer will then be refunded in full.
The customer has a period of 60 working days from the date of dispatch of the order to request cancellation of the sale and reimbursement of the articles on the grounds that they have not been delivered.
No delivery dispute will be accepted after this 60-day period.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered.
Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or opened package, broken or defective item, etc.) must be indicated within 3 days of delivery.
Any open or incomplete parcel and/or any damaged item must not be accepted by the Customer. The Customer should inform www.chaussuremephisto.fr of any problem encountered on the same day.
All items offered by www.chaussuremephisto.fr are subject to the legal warranty stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. (See Warranty paragraph).
For mainland France
For mainland France, packages are delivered by COLISSIMO.
Delivery is free for Metropolitan France with Colissimo for orders over €60.
Where applicable, a delivery charge of €8 applies to the order.
The maximum delivery time is 7 working days from the order date.
You can also have your order delivered to a La Poste ( PickUp ) network relay point.
For Europe
For Europe, your parcel will be sent via La Poste by Colissimo Expert International.
The average delivery time is 8 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense if the customer does not live in Metropolitan France.
For French overseas departments and territories
For French overseas departments and territories, your parcel will be sent via La Poste by Colissimo. Estimated delivery times vary according to destination, but the minimum time is 15 working days depending on the overseas region.
Delivery COM-TOM
In accordance with current tax law, items delivered to French overseas departments and territories are tax-free. The local customs authorities are free to charge VAT. When you place your order, it will be calculated before payment as soon as you have entered your delivery address.
Delivery outside the European Union
For international deliveries outside Europe, your parcel will be sent via La Poste by Colissimo Expert International. Estimated delivery times vary according to destination, but the minimum time is 10 working days depending on the destination country.
Any errors concerning the inconsistency between the postal code and the country selected will result in the cancellation of the order and an automatic refund. In this case, you will be informed by e-mail and redirected to our website.
All products destined for delivery outside the European Union are invoiced exclusive of VAT. Local customs authorities are free to charge import duties or other import taxes. These vary from country to country. When you place your order, the invoice will be issued directly before payment as soon as you have entered the delivery address.
The customs documents for all packages destined for foreign countries summarize the total value of the contents of your order and the description of the items.
Customs or import taxes are due as soon as the parcel reaches its destination country.
You are responsible for any additional customs clearance fees. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict them, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Errors and problems on delivery :
In the event of a model or size error during order preparation, the “www.chaussuremephisto.fr” website undertakes to exchange the item as soon as possible, and to cover the return and reshipment costs. Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In the case of incorrect orders to international destinations, the customer is responsible for advancing shipping costs. You have a cooling-off period of fourteen days, from the day of receipt at your home or at a relay point, to return unworn items to us in their original packaging. Only items purchased via the website may be returned.
All returns must be requested online via the Customer Area. Requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours (working days).

Item status :
All items returned (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be perfectly intact.
On receipt of the package, www.chaussuremephisto.fr will check that the returned goods are in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the items returned have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, and this use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by www.chaussuremephisto.fr, the items will be returned to the customer at www.chaussuremephisto.fr's expense, without the customer being able to claim any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of warranty rights on the goods sold.
In the case of an exchange, if the items returned have been visibly used or damaged by the customer, and this use or damage renders them unfit for sale, www.chaussuremephisto.fr may take any corresponding recovery action against the customer.
Refunds on returns :

Subject to compliance with these return conditions, www.chaussuremephisto.fr will reimburse returned items within 30 days of the goods being returned to stock.
Under no circumstances will www.chaussurempehisto.fr be able to reimburse the cost of returning or shipping orders.
Only the purchase price of the items will be refunded to the customer.
It is possible to request a CREDIT which will replace the refund.
The credit note is valid in the Bordeaux store and in our online store. It is valid for 1 year.
In the case of partial reimbursements for orders paid in instalments, reimbursements can only be made once all instalments have been paid.
The banking system requires us to wait for full payment of the order before issuing a refund.
