Satisfied or refunded
In accordance with current legislation, the consumer has a period of 14 working days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty, except for return shipping costs.
A return request via your customer account is required, indicating your order number as shown on the invoice. No returns will be accepted without a prior request. Requests are processed within 48 to 72 working hours.
Returns are free of charge only for mainland France and for a first exchange request (different model or different size).
For any refund, second exchange, or return from abroad, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Any parcel sent under a different name or under a company name will be refused and returned to the sender.
Conditions dor returns and exchanges (Condition of items)
To ensure quick processing of your return or exchange, please respect the following conditions :
- Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging (box, labels, and accessories intact).
- The condition of the goods will be checked upon receipt.
- No return will be accepted if the products are damaged, worn, or unsuitable for resale.
- Sale or personalized items may be subject to special conditions (indicated on the product page).
In the event of non-compliance, Mephisto Bordeaux reserves the right to:
- Refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
- Send the item back to the customer without compensation.
- Charge possible fees if exchanged products are damaged.
Exchange process
If you would like to exchange an item :

Specify the reason for the exchange as well as the new product, including the item reference, desired size, and color.

Carefully pack the item in its original condition and return it to the address provided by our team. For areas outside mainland France, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. From the second exchange onward, reshipping fees of €8 will apply.

Once received and checked, your new item will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to availability).
Return process
To return an item and obtain a refund :

Prepare your parcel in accordance with the above conditions.

Return it to the indicated address, using the carrier of your choice (at your expense). If you wish, we can provide a return label for €8, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 days. In accordance with the law, the refund will be made no later than 30 days after the returned items are restocked.
Please note
- Any parcel returned to our head office without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
- Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
- On average, it takes 15 working days from the shipping date for full processing of an exchange.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used for your order.
- A partial refund for an order paid in several instalments can only be made after the final instalment has been paid.
- A store credit may be offered : it is sent by email, valid for 1 year, and available directly in your basket during your next order.
- The Satisfied or Refunded guarantee is valid only for online orders.
